Dear Esteemed Client,

For some of us, the Federal Government's announcement regarding the gradual easing of the lockdown was greeted with a sigh of relief at the thought of getting their lives back to some semblance of normalcy.

For others, quite understandably, concerns were raised as to the consistent rise in the number of reported COVID-19 cases around the country and that lifting the lockdown could result in devastating consequences for the states affected.

However, for us at Medicentre, we believe that adopting the safety and precautionary measures necessary to ensure that we provide you with the best quality healthcare service is the most important step to take. 

With your co-operation, here's how we intend to achieve this;

• There are hand washing and sanitizer stations within the clinic to ensure you keep your hands clean always.
• We have provided digital thermometers to ensure that we are able to keep an eye out for abnormal temperature levels.
• Once you walk into our facility, you will be given a COVID-19 assessment questionnaire to help us better understand your travel history and any other predisposing factors you might be susceptible to. Please assist with filling in the required information.
• There are colourful and informative fliers and posters provided to educate you and your loved ones on the safety measures to practice. Ask for a flier or two at any of our reception desks.
• A minimum of 2 meters has been defined for seating arrangements and physical client engagement in line with Social Distancing guidelines.
• The use of face masks cannot be overemphasized now following the government's directives- No face mask, no appointment. But not to worry, if you do not have a face mask when you pay us a visit, we will assist you with one. However, If you have made a habit of religiously wearing one the right way, then you are on the right track.
• We encourage you to seek online appointments as much as possible- same great service, but a lot more convenient!

On a final note, we understand that there's a slew of information out there regarding COVID-19. But having the right facts over fear is the best approach towards tackling the scourge. Do not rely on information from unverified or non-credible sources.
